Je kunt bij mij terecht met veel verschillende vragen, van korte of langere psychologische begeleiding tot uitwerken van een gerichte coachvraag. Ik ben gespecialiseerd in Strategisch Coachen en ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy). Daarnaast werk ik ook met protocollen vanuit de cognitieve gedragstherapie, mindfulness en lichaamsgericht werk. Ik heb veel ervaring met hoogbegaafdheid en HB gerelateerde problematiek. Ik woon en werk in Groningen, ben moeder van 4 kinderen en naast mijn werk bij SCACT ook werkzaam als arts.
